LUTMAN'S 2016 BRAZIL BIRDING TRIP

NOTE:  When Sharon adds comments, they will be in {curly brackets}.

Report 23. Wednesday, September 28, 2016. Last Day in Brazil. Evening Flight out of Sao Paulo to Los Angeles.

Last shot of the Amethyst Woodstar. Goodbye little fella. {End of our trip. The weather here in Brazil surprised me. Luckily, at the last minute, I had thrown in a turtleneck shirt and a jacket. At this park inthe mornings, it was so cold I put on 5 layers, including a rain coat over all that with a hat and gloves. I had expected it to be hot. (It IS South America I figured) We really only had a couple of days in the Pantanal that were hot enough to be taxing, but then it rained and changed the whole temperature and the rest of the time there was so comfortable.}

"Are you lookin' at ME??" Nice shots of the Red-breasted Aracari. Also called the Green-billed Aracari. I prefer Green-billed. To me his chest is orange and pale yellow. Guess it depends on what you call his breast.

Hope you have a Nice Day,
Bob
